BootBox has put together one of the most in-depth support centers
ever. Not only do we cover our solutions, but we also cover various
things that people want to know about their own computers, as well
as tips on making your site better and faster.
This section is updated constantly, and right now we are just in the
beginning stages. At the present time you won't find all of the things
we would like to have on here, but over time you will see this section
growing by leaps and bounds.
Within these pages you will find examples, howto's, frequently asked
questions (FAQ), online tutorials, and more.
To begin, simply choose the subject you would like support on by clicking
one of the choices on the left side of this page. More subjects will
be added as time goes on, but we tried to cover the ones we felt our
users would like to see right now.
After choosing your selection, you will be taken to the main support
page for the topic you chose. There will then be new links on the
left hand side with topics dealing with your selection. Click on any
of those, and you will find a wealth of information.
BootBox does not provide phone support due to the fact that this is
a free service, and in an effort to keep it free, the cost of implementing
a call center would cause us not to be able to provide the services
that we provide at this time. Our thoughts are, that over time, we
would implement a pay-per-incident support line so our users could
talk with a real person. We will have an online poll coming soon,
so please login to your control center and let us know what you think.
We value our user's input on most everything we do, and it is extremely
important that you fill out the polls and surveys so that we can better

Laslow
will become a large part of the support section over time and
you will need to make sure that you have the flash/shockwave
plug-in for your browser to see and hear all that Laslow has
to offer. He's a pretty intelligent guy, and I am sure you do

Whenever
